How many times do you see the words “positive vibes” and “self love” in your social media feeds per day? If I had to guess, I would say “fifty eleven” times! We see it all day, everyday. Everyone is seeking their ultimate self and higher vibrations. Self love and positive vibes is the new wave, and that’s dope! But can we be human for a minute? Some days you really don’t want to be positive and vibrate on higher waves of consciousness. Some days you want to isolate yourself and not deal with your healing and personal growth.
